Before training begins

Let’s start with your goals.

Getting started does not have to feel like a commitment. Send a message, text or call and tell me what you would like help with.

1

Start with a conversation

Ask anything you want. We can talk by message or phone, meet over coffee or tea, or simply allow extra time when you arrive for your first session.

2

Tell me what matters to you

A short questionnaire helps me understand your goals, experience, concerns and any movements you already know you like—or dislike.

3

Learn how your body moves

Your first appointment is about 15 minutes longer. I will take you through a brief series of accessible movements to see where you are strong, where you compensate and what may need more support.

4

Begin with a plan that fits you

We will combine things you can already do well with the areas that need practice, so the whole session does not feel difficult or unfamiliar.

What your sessions include

One-to-one training that helps you understand your body.

1

Training shaped around your goals

Your goals guide the session—but so does how your body moves on the day.

2

Build from the foundations

Early sessions focus on understanding how your body moves and creating a clear foundation for strength, mobility, balance and safe technique.

3

Support without standing still

Sessions usually flow from one area of the body to another. Rest matters, but you do not have to spend long periods waiting between every exercise. I can explain the next movement while you keep moving at a level that suits you.

4

Skills to use without me

You will learn movements you can practise between sessions and ways to adapt when your location, equipment or available time changes.

Client experience

Supportive coaching, with the right amount of challenge.

Earlier client reviews show how a clear, adaptable approach can make training feel both achievable and worthwhile.

Her approach is very down-to-earth and practical. I feel like she has really listened to what I want and each session I have learned more movements that I can continue to do at home during the week.
