Jacqui Miller Fitness
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains cookies and related technologies used with the Jacqui Miller Fitness website. It should be read alongside the privacy policy.
Your cookie choices: Use the cookie banner to accept or deny optional cookies. You can change your choice using the Manage consent control on this website. Google Analytics is held back until you allow statistics cookies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Related technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, can also remember information or record interactions.
Essential functions
WordPress and supporting services can use cookies for functions such as administrator login, security and remembering preferences. Cookies used for logged-in administrators are different from those used for ordinary visitors. The exact cookies depend on the features you use.
Google Analytics 4
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 helps me understand visits and interactions, including page views, successful enquiries and clicks on telephone and email links. The enquiry tracking event does not include the name, email address, mobile number or message entered in the form.
GA4 normally uses first-party cookies including _ga, which distinguishes visitors, and _ga_<container-id>, which maintains session information. Google documents a default expiry of two years for these cookies, but settings can change that duration. These are provider defaults, not a verified inventory of this site’s current cookie lifetimes.
For details, see Google’s explanation of GA4 cookies.
Google Search Console
Google Search Console helps me understand how the website appears in Google Search, including impressions and clicks. Search Console itself does not require a tracking cookie to be placed on visitors’ devices by this website.
Klaviyo
Klaviyo stores website enquiry contact details and messages, and manages optional marketing email subscriptions. The contact form sends this information from the website server to Klaviyo; this integration does not require a Klaviyo tracking cookie in your browser. Marketing emails can use tracking pixels and tracked links to measure opens and clicks where those features are enabled.
For information about Klaviyo technologies, see Klaviyo’s cookie information. Unsubscribing from emails and clearing website cookies are separate actions.
Notion
Notion is used to store client intake records. That use does not by itself place Notion cookies on this website. If you follow a link to a form or page hosted by Notion, its own privacy and cookie information applies to that service.
Your choices
You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect website functions. Deleting a cookie does not prevent it being set again on a later visit unless it is also blocked.
Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email or by contacting me.
Use Manage consent to withdraw statistics consent or change your preferences. Your cookie choice is separate from the optional email marketing checkbox on the enquiry form. You can still send an enquiry without accepting statistics cookies or subscribing to marketing emails.
