After being diagnosed with Cancer the Chemotherapy caused an aching in my feet. I was not able to do a lot, but I wanted to try and do something. I worked with her over Zoom. Jacqui customized and modified a number of movements that I could do in bed and in a chair. Working with her helped improve the feeling in my feet, which in turn helped me sleep. I’m so so grateful to her.

I've done four sessions with Jacqui so far. She has an awesome private space that is well organized and not overwhelming. I really like how tailored the workouts are for building strength while not aggravating prior injuries. I have some history of carpal tunnel and lower back issues and she has been super helpful for correcting my form and checking that each exercise is activating the right areas.
Jacqui has also taught me more about stability and full-body movements than any prior experience with trainers or online videos. Her approach is very down-to-earth and practical. I feel like she has really listened to what I want and each session I have learned more movements that I can continue to do at home during the week. I'm looking forward to the next one!

73yoM. I started working with Jacqui a few months ago. I have cerebral palsy involving my legs and torso, with weakness and spasticity, and now at my age using a walker, classifying me as a “special needs” client. I had worked with a personal trainer previously, which was okay, but Jacqui is special. She is very attentive to my particular needs, which involve core and leg strengthening and conditioning, as well as improvement in balance and endurance.
As a neurologist, I am familiar with muscle anatomy and physiology but not particularly conditioning. I am pleasantly amazed over how Jacqui is familiar with nuances of various positions, tensions and stretches that target specific muscles, plus she does ongoing research in an effort to even further improve our sessions. She teaches in a gentle, caring but still firm manner accompanied by stories and a great sense of humor.
She has written detailed instructions for home exercises as well. Today’s session again was very pleasant and productive, and I look forward to what Jacqui has predicted, namely sore abs tomorrow.

50yoM - The minute I walk into a training session with Jacqui, I know it’s time to work. Her varied workouts mean things never get dull or stale. Crossing from cardio to muscle building to endurance with ease, her clear, attentive, and no-nonsense training style easily adapts to target what I need.
Jacqui is definitely not the typical “gym-bro” trainer. She has a great (if a little sadistic) sense of humor, listens and watches moment-to-moment to correct and refine my movement, and generally makes sure we are always working together as a team every step of the way to reach my fitness goals.
