Jacqui Miller sets the highest standards for her profession as a certified personal trainer (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) is an organization that has been setting standards in fitness education for over 35 years. They offer evidence-based programs covering various areas, including personal training, nutrition coaching, wellness, and sports performance.

NASM trainers and specialists can assist clients at all levels to set and achieve their unique fitness goals. She is certified to lead online training with Zoom, Teams, and other platforms.

In addition, Jacqui is also qualified in CPR from the American Safety Training Institute.

  • As a sports medicine personal trainer, Jacqui starts with an evaluation that includes a questionnaire and a full body assessment to determine their needs and goals when working with clients.
  • Measuring weight, body fat percentage, body measurements, and taking photos are all optional. However, she strongly encourages clients to opt for these measures to enable them to track their progress effectively. 
  • Personalized sessions provided by the trainer come with optional homework. Jacqui has converted a stand-alone garage in a quiet neighborhood in Fremont, Seattle, into a welcoming total gym.
  • The gym offers many forms of exercise, including weights, battle ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands, HIIT, stretching, and many more. Additionally, she can travel to apartment gyms and parks, bringing along a lovely gamut of toys/tools for diverse workout experiences.

Initial Consultation: Potential clients start by filling out our contact form and meeting at a coffee shop to discuss fitness goals and previous exercise experiences.

Assessment and Paperwork: After the initial meeting, if both parties agree, clients complete some paperwork and schedule their first session, which includes a full body assessment.

Flexible Session Plans: Clients can start with one or two sessions to see how it goes, with discounts offered for booking four or eight sessions monthly. Sessions typically last an hour, but longer sessions are available.
