Our gift cards are ‘e-cards’ and can be delivered to your email or the person that you wish to gift them too. You can also choose when the emails are sent.
Eligibility: “This gift card is redeemable by the bearer for goods or services at Jacqui Miller Fitness in Seattle, WA, USA.”
Expiration: “This card remains valid for 5 years from the date of issuance, as required by Washington state law.”
Usage: “This card can be used for purchases at Jacqui Miller Fitness until the balance is depleted. It may be used for both in-store and online purchases if applicable.”
Non-Refundable: “Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by Washington state law, which currently allows cash redemption for balances under $5.”
Lost or Stolen Cards: “We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. However, if you have proof of purchase, contact us, and we may issue a replacement at our discretion.”
